Kunu can be made from the following ingredients
Groundnut
Broken rice
Raw pap
Tamarind juice
Salt
Sugar or honey
Procedure: grind the groundnut into paste.
Add some water into the groundnut paste and sieve to remove the chaff from the groundnut
Pour the groundnut juice into a pot and place the pot on gentle fire
Wash the broken rice and add to it
Add the tamarind juice (tsamia) also
As the content of the port start to boil dilute the raw app with water and add to it and stir it gently
Now cover it half way and allow to cook 45 minutes
Please do not cover completely to avoid spillage on fire
