At sunshine Resources we have a team of expert entrepreneurs who are passionate about assisting young school leavers in Nigeria towards self –empowerment in order to guide them against the danger of unemployment

Youths are usually offered hands-on skills and useful counsel through motivation and encouragement so as to promote their desire to be self-reliant by directing their attention to the untapped ventures available in our society. We teach them how they can turn problems into opportunities by creating solution to problems thereby monetizing the opportunities.

In that way they explore their God given talents and gifts or creativity that they are endowed with and may not even be aware of it.

We teach them how to manage risk as they identified problems that customers are willing to pay to have them solved.  
It is a fact that all these are not obtained in our school curricula especially in the dimension in which we approach  it.
First we change their orientations through motivational talks and using other platforms such as workshops, seminar, evangelical mission trainings (EMT)/ REMTRUST programs organized by Rural Evangelism Ministry International and also through our website- www.sunshineresources.org.ng
