Please make sure you adhere strictly to the safety precautions stated below. Always have it at the back of your mind that in any manufacturing process safety comes first. This is because some of the chemicals used in this production are dangerous to the human skin.

Precautions
- Please do not use SLS and Texapon at the same time. You can either use Texapon or SLS in the production. This is because they are chemicals of the same chemical substance, using the 2 of them at the same time will amount to overdose of chemicals in your soap solution.
- Always use Nose Mask
- Avoid Contact of chemical with the skin or eyes
- Do not taste any Chemical
- Keep all Chemicals out of reach of children
Procedure/Methodology
Please note that we are producing 15-20liters of Liquid soap hence all the volume of water to be used should not be more than 15 liters
STEP 1: Measure about 400ml of water into an empty bucket and dissolve the Nitrosol in the water. Stir the Nitrosol solution until all the Nitrosol particles dissolve
STEP 2: Measure about 400ml of water in another container and dissolve the caustic soda in it. As soon as the caustic soda crystals dissolve in the water add the caustic soda solution to the Nitrosol solution and stir very well
STEP 3. Now dissolve the soda ash crystals in about 400ml of water. Make sure all the soda ash particles dissolves and add the soda ash solution to the mixture of Nitrosol and caustic soda solution.
Please make sure you follow this order very carefully, failure to do that you will not get a very good quality soap.
Now stir the solution very well
STEP 4: now dissolve the STPP about 400ml of water and add to the soap solution
Now also dissolve the SLS crystals in about 400ml of water and add to the soap solution. If you are using Texapon in place of SLS at this moment you can add your Texapon to the soap solution. First dissolve the Texapon in a small amount of water before adding to the soap solution.
Now add the Sulphonic acid and foaming booster and continue stirring
Now you can dissolve the colour in about 100ml of water and add to the soap solution
Now you can add perfume and preservative ……
Now you can top up with water until you attain 15liters of soap solution
And now your instant liquid soap is ready for use.
Depending on your choice of perfume, if you decide to use lemon perfume, be careful not use excess because lemon perfume is known to make soap watery when you add direct into your production. When using lemon perfume scoop some quantity of soap and add the perfume to the scooped soap, stir very well and then add the perfumed soap to the overall soap and stir very well
Follow the simple steps outlined above carefully and pay attention to your measurements and I promise you will produce a quality and thick soap.
Even if you have never produced liquid soap, you will surely end up with a very good quality liquid soap that will foam and clean excellently.
Sodium benzoate is a preservative and it’s a good addition especially if your soap will last more than 3 months.
Use 30grams in your 15 liters production, mix your sodium benzoate in 100ml of water and add to your soap and stir very well to blend.
